Optus +61483900035 / 0483 900 035 - Who Called Me Australia

I don't really have a review of this number - ie; 0483 900035 - (as I did not answer or interact with it), except that I was interested in what others might have had to either say about it, or how many others have searched to find out anything about it, or who is calling from it (which seems to be a few others besides myself now). I got a call from this number this afternoon, and, as it is an unknown number to me (and as per personal protocol with 'unknowns'), I let it ring out. There was no follow up text message [which is always a first 'red flag' with me], and neither was there any further calls attempted from the same number at any time shortly after [which is another 'red flag', as far as I'm concerned, that the caller has no real important or urgent business to do with me]. However, within the hour (appx 40mins), I received yet another call from a different number [+61370180626 / or (03) 7018 0626 of you like] and which came with a big 'Reported as Fraud/Scam' red-screen warning. This is not unusual, sometimes I will get a run of 2, or 3, or even more, 'unknown' numbers within an hour, or a couple of hours or so - and some will even come with that big 'Known Fraud/Scam' Red-Screen Warning. I missed a call from 0483900035. As my brother got scammed once, I am afraid to recall all the unknown numbers. Maybe someone received a call from this phone number and can confirm that it is a safe number?
